My husband and I went out for an overnight date night on a Friday. I did show her bed and she agreed and said she wouldn't have slept on it and comped us $20 free play. The lady initially said she would be up, but called back 5 minutes later and switched us to rm 206. Finally called the star club and demanded new bedding that i could make myself. Tried calling the front desk like 10 minutes. So upon opening the sheets i saw several yellowed stains on the sheets in addition to hair and a pretty good chunk of crumbs all over the bed. I am a nurse and very well versed on cleanliness, ect. Nothing was paying, and they have no pool so there was nothing else to do, boring. So go to there bar which stopped serving at 8pm on a Friday?!? So we had one option which was there snack bar which had a line out the door.and they offer no room service. We then were headed to dinner at there Longhouse restaurant to find a hand written sign saying they were 'booked for the evening.' Great.
We arrived at 8:45 pm and were checked into room 204.
